Three entrepreneurs with big hearts have come together to help transform the lives of the children in Ghana
We always have multiple projects on the go. We will always place the greatest need here. Currently, we are channeling our efforts in one direction towards raising the necessary funds to open our already built secondary school in Ayensuako so that these special children can keep their dreams of education and learning alive. To learn more about this click here. If you would consider making a monthly donation it would help with the ongoing operating costs.
Donations made go through Possibilities International and 100% of donations go directly to support the school.

Jeff Reitzel
Jeff Reitzel is a husband, father and philanthropist. Co-Founder and CFO of Keller Mortgage Canada and Co-Founder of Keller Williams Innovation Realty.
His chosen purpose in life is to help and mentor others in their personal and business lives.
Jeff was voted top 40 under 40, awarded the Pierre Fournier and Five Diamond award for all of Canada and the WOW Mentor Award. Jeff was recently named the Canadian ambassador to Ghana Africa for Possibilities International. Jeff has worked closely with the homeless and has led the Family 100 initiative for the past 13 years.
Jeff first became involved with Ghana Africa in the summer of 2013 when he went on a Humanitarian Aid trip with Possibilities International. Little did Jeff know that this would change his life and the lives of many around him forever. Jeff fell in love with the people of Ghana and works very closely with a Leprosy village and an orphanage.
Since that first trip, Jeff has been back dozens of times and has led many trips. He has seen first-hand the progress that has been made and the countless lives that have been changed forever.
Jeff is excited to partner with John Stix and Sarah, Duchess of York to help improve the lives of countless children in Ghana and give them the chance to attend school, as education is an important component in creating change in Ghana.
Please join Jeff, John and Sarah in helping to create a better future for the kids in Ghana.

What we do
Sarah’s Trust was founded by Sarah, Duchess of York in 2018 with three primary aims: to give funding, build infrastructure and create awareness. Our mission is to bring effective and sustainable change to vulnerable communities and crisis-stricken areas.
Sarah’s Trust is designed to be agile, cost-effective and accountable. Transparency and impact is crucial; we have no marketing or fundraising costs, consequently, we are able to ensure that 100% of donations are spent directly on charitable projects. All administration costs are covered by the Duchess of York’s personal contribution. Along with the Duchess of York’s personal contribution to Sarah’s Trust we also seek the support of organisations and individuals.

John Stix
I love people and live to help others reach their potential.
It is my privilege to be a leader and co-founder of Fibernetics, an eight-figure/year business with multiple entities, now in its twenty-first year. I guide our internal culture, driven by my motivation to lead from a place of care, compassion, and empowerment. As a critical thinker, I’m always looking to tie performance with empowerment strategies that are scalable and highly innovative; this strategy for business has garnered almost half a billion in realized revenue.
After leading our organization through a transformation of culture, I have become an authority on workplace culture and developing highly motivated teams that can break through barriers to success. I have spoken globally on positive workplace culture/identity branding and leadership at universities and colleges, private leadership events, and on behalf of a White House initiative. I’ve had the pleasure of sharing my expertise on many leadership podcasts and in multiple publications including a Government of Ontario study on positive leadership.
Helping children in need has been a passion of mine for most of my life. Some of the charities and efforts to give back to kids through Fibernetics include Bunnies for Kids, Backpack for Kids, a joint partnership for an orphanage in Ghana, Food4Kids Waterloo Region, Coffee4Kids and more.
